I like the moment when ideas, tasks and a few open threads start coming together into something that makes sense. I connect clients with specialists, keep an eye on deadlines and follow-ups, and try to make sure projects move forward without unnecessary chaos.
I found my way into marketing through LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. I started with profiles, outreach and finding the right contacts, but over time I realized that what I enjoy most is being part of the whole process. From the first conversation and planning to the moment when ideas start turning into real results.
I like it when the client knows what is happening, the team is clear on the next steps, and things do not get stuck somewhere between an email, a spreadsheet and “we’ll get back to it later.” Sometimes I remind people of a deadline, sometimes I translate a client brief into the language of specialists, and sometimes I simply keep an eye on a detail that might otherwise slip through the cracks.
I try to take care of clients in a similar way to how I would take care of my own garden. Continuously, with care, and with the understanding that good cooperation does not grow by itself. You need to notice what works, what needs more attention, and when it is time to adjust something so the whole thing can keep growing.
I am not the kind of person who needs to be the most visible in the room. I would rather make sure it is visible that the work behind us makes sense.
