I have been working in marketing since 1995. Over the years, I’ve experienced a lot, but I’ve never lost my curiosity or passion for learning. Before focusing fully on marketing, I built my career in sports management and sports marketing, working with several Olympic medalists and organizing world-class sporting events. That experience taught me to think in terms of results, perform under pressure, and understand what true excellence looks like—whether in sport or in marketing.
I’m a creative thinker who enjoys telling stories. To me, every successful campaign is, in many ways, a compelling story. At the same time, I like to step back, look at challenges from a broader perspective, and uncover connections that others often miss. I enjoy long-term strategic planning and building processes that lead to clearly defined goals rather than relying on one-off campaigns.
Data plays a key role in my work. I know how to interpret it to understand what truly drives campaign performance and what is simply noise. I have extensive experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads—from campaign setup and audience targeting to performance analysis and budget optimization, ensuring every investment delivers measurable value. This allows me to support creativity with data, validate ideas with evidence, and transform numbers into clear, meaningful insights.
Outside of my professional work, I produce and host two podcasts, Makej vole! and Tréninková Bible, managing every aspect of production myself—from recording and editing to the technical setup. Through these conversations, I explore topics such as performance, motivation, and achieving ambitious goals in both sport and business. I thrive on challenges that push me beyond my comfort zone, which is why the mountains have become such an important part of my life. Climbing, hiking, ski mountaineering, and cycling constantly remind me that the greatest growth often happens outside familiar territory. They help me clear my mind, reset my priorities, and bring valuable lessons back into my professional life.
